Marble Isles
Help & Support
Need a hand with Marble Isles? Email support@greenfieldlabs.llc and tell us your device model, iOS or Android version and what happened. If it's about a purchase or your data, include the Device ID shown in the game's Settings (tap it to copy). The answers below cover the most common questions.
How do I play?
Chains of marbles roll along a track toward the pit. Touch and drag to aim, then release to fire the marble held by your Shooter. Make a group of three or more of the same color to pop them. Tap the Shooter to swap the current and next marble. You lose the level if a chain reaches the pit, or, on levels with a shot limit, if you run out of shots. If you'd rather fire as soon as you touch the screen, set Aim to Tap in Settings. Colorblind symbols can be turned on there too.
Lives
You have up to 5 lives. A life is used when you fail or quit a level (winning is free), and closing the game in the middle of a level counts as quitting. Lives refill over time, even while the game is closed. The timer next to the heart at the top of the home screen shows when the next one arrives.
I bought something and didn't get it
Tap Restore Purchases in the Shop or the Shooters screen, or Restore in Settings (the gear at the top of the home screen). This restores the one-time purchases: Remove Ads, the Starter Pack, Premium Pack and Legends Pack, and the Prism Core, Star Dragon and Solar Phoenix Shooters. Restoring turns ads off again for Remove Ads and gives back the Shooters, but not the coins, boosters or unlimited lives that came with a pack. Coin packs and the other bundles and offers are delivered when the purchase completes and can't be restored. If one didn't arrive, close and reopen the game while connected to the internet, then contact us if it's still missing.
Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it turns off banner and between-level ads for good, and reward buttons then give their reward without a video. If ads come back after you reinstall the game or on another device, tap Restore Purchases.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple on iPhone and iPad and by Google on Android, so refunds are handled by them. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.
Where is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved on your device and isn't synced between devices. Deleting the game deletes it, and we can't recover it, although restoring an iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone or iPad, or your Google backup on Android, brings it back. One-time purchases can always be restored as described above.
Ads, analytics and privacy
Marble Isles shows ads from ironSource Ads and Unity Ads: rewarded ads you choose to watch, a banner on the map screen and an occasional ad between levels, never while you play. The game asks for your year of birth once. Players under 13 never see the iPhone tracking prompt, get ads that aren't personalized and send no analytics. For players 13 and older, the game sends gameplay statistics to Unity Analytics to help us balance and fix it; turn off Share analytics in Settings to stop them. To ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, email us with your Device ID. See our privacy policy for details.
Notifications
Marble Isles can tell you when your lives are full again. It asks for permission after you first beat level 3. The game has no reminder switch of its own: turn it on or off in iOS Settings > Notifications > Marble Isles, or on Android in Settings > Apps > Marble Isles > Notifications. (Android 12 and earlier don't ask: the reminder is on unless you turn it off.)
